How it flows

01Swim syncs

FORM publishes the completed activity to Strava.

02Webhook fires

Strava wakes the bridge as soon as the activity lands.

03Original FIT flows

The signed FORM archive is validated and securely retrieved.

04Garmin receives it

The untouched swim file is imported into Garmin Connect.

The dashboard publishes only rounded, aggregate service health. Activity details, account identifiers, archive names, FIT hashes, credentials, and exact timestamps never appear here. Original files remain in private storage.
